Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Back Bay/Fenway

This was my first time staying in Boston and I am so glad I picked the Residence Inn. I came to Boston for a concert and we arrived super early. Our room was not quite ready (understandably so). Anastasia at the front desk took great care of us while we waited in the lobby and gave us a list of nearby restaurants. The room was extremely clean and very spacious (we had a 2 bedroom suite). The beds were super comfy and soft and our suite included 3 tvs and 2 bathrooms! The hotel is within walking distance to plenty of amenities in town which was a huge plus! The entire staff was beyond helpful and accommodating (especially when I needed to gain access to my car twice during my stay) The hotel also includes a good breakfast buffet in the morning which included a nice variety of hot food!! Thank you so much to Anastasia and the entire staff for making our trip to Boston a memorable one! We will be back on our next visit to Boston!

Overall a great experience. The location is perfect, very central, close to BU, lots of dining options within walking distance. Target and Star market are very close by. The facility is very well-maintained, neat and clean rooms, great service. Breakfast is included and offers a large selection of hot foods, baked good, fruits, yogurts etc. The hotel also includes a gym, indoor pool, laundry machines and a terrace lounge! The apartment style rooms with a kitchen are perfect for a family stay! Highly recommend it and looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed two nights and we are very satisfied with our stay. The staff is super kind and useful, the room perfectly clean and comfortable. The included breakfast offers a lot of option and everything was fresh ans good. We recommend 100%.

stayed there in december Anastasia and roomie made the experience absolutely amazing and truly know the meaning of good customer service. I usually hate the energy of hotel staff but they were friendly and lovely and separated the experience from any hotel i have stayed at previously. furthermore the rooms are amazing and it was overall a great experience

Was visiting Boston on a work trip from Ireland. Super friendly front of house staff, smiling and warm, and easy check in process. Rooms are lovely, kitted out with a nice TV, black out blinds, super comfy bed, and kitchenette. I had a few too many drinks the night before my fight after a Christmas party, and was feeling a bit iffy when room service knocked on my door. I was greeted by a lovely fellow Irish person, Nuala, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Thanks Nuala! A young man who checked me, I think his name was Vinny, was also great. Overall, a great experience, would highly recommend.

Great location. We took public transportation to and from the airport as this hotel is only a few blocks from the T. Many food options nearby. (We loved Time Out Market!) The room was clean and all of the staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was better than most hotels at this level with many options. The only thing that could be improved would be that the mattress sagged just a bit (like most hotels).

Needed comfortable spot near the Longwood medical complex of hospitals. This was perfect for a 12 night stay in Boston. Rooms had kitchenettes, hotel included breakfast buffet and staff was thoughtful and helpful. Thank you

For a less than 24hr trip, the hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance to our concert venue and easy to find. The room was nice and clean. There was only two things I would have changed. First, the room was quite cold. Even with the heat on 72 to warm it up, the air blowing out felt cool. Also, the bathroom (toilet and shower area, the sink is outside the door) had no exhaust fan for the steam. Not one that I could tell was on. I did find the body wash provided in the shower was quite nice. Also, being in the city parking is always nuts. There is valet available for an extra $70. Kind of high, but seemed standard when I was pricing other hotels. Plus you cant beat the convenience of having your car taken care of. The young man who was working when we arrived was very nice. My friend forgot her phone and another item in the car. He could only find the phone, so he brought my car up so I could search for the other item. It was nice to see someone taking innovative and providing great customer service. I would definitely stay at this location again. Oh! And the breakfast was delish. Cold brew ON TAP ! Need I say more!?! The gentleman behind the desk was very polite and offered a to go container for the food being brought to my niece who was still sleeping. Customer service was 10/10
